Orders are processed Monday through Friday (Eastern Standard Time), excluding holidays such as New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Late Deliveries
While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen delays can occur. Meician Store is not responsible for delays caused by:

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 2-4 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking information is unavailable, the carrier may not have processed your package yet. Check again later.
Missing Items
If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately to speed up delivery. You may receive one item before the others. Don’t worry—your remaining items are on the way.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses
We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to different locations, please place separate orders.
Shipping to PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. APO orders are shipped via DHL Global Mail and then handed over to USPS for final delivery. APO shipments can take up to 45 additional days, and tracking ceases once the package enters the military mail system due to security reasons.
