Refund and Returns Policy

If you receive a defective product, please contact us at [email protected]. If your item meets one of the conditions below, reach out to us as soon as you receive it.

We will refund or reprint your order at no cost in the following cases:

  • The product is flawed
  • Design error: the design doesn’t match the information on our site
  • The product type or size is incorrect based on your order

What to Do
For any refund request, you must report the issue within 14 days of receiving your items. Please provide the following information to [email protected]:

  • Your order/invoice ID
  • A picture of the wrong or damaged item (if applicable)

Once we review your request, the refund process will be initiated within 1-3 business days. Approved refunds will be issued within 2-3 business days.


Returns
If you receive the wrong or defective item, you do not need to return it. We will issue a refund within 2-3 business days once approved.


Please Note:
We do not process refunds, reprints, or returns in the following cases:

  • The order didn’t arrive due to customer-related issues (e.g., incorrect address, failure to receive delivery)
  • The order didn’t arrive due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters)
  • The item matches the description on our site

Cancellation
Customers can request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. A 10% management and transaction fee will apply for cancellations. After 24 hours, the item will enter production, and no further cancellations will be accepted.


Refund Processing Time

  • For PayPal accounts: 48 hours
  • For Credit card accounts: 10-14 business days (depending on your bank)

Exchanges

  • In-stock items: 1-3 business days
  • Out-of-stock items: 5-7 business days

Compensation (Points or Coupons)
Issued within 1-2 business days.


Repair
Processed within 7-14 business days.


Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges or returns for sizing issues unless it is our fault. For other problems like printing errors, contact us, and we’ll guide you through the process. Do not send your item back unless we instruct you to do so.


Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is posted).
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be processing time.
