HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
Simply select the charm style you like on the product page, click the “Add To Cart” button, and follow the steps to complete your purchase. We will prepare your order and notify you once it’s on its way!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Orders typically ship within 5 to 10 business days. For international orders, shipping may take an additional 1 to 2 weeks depending on the destination.
MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING.
Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the carrier’s system. If the tracking number isn’t working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier. Delays can sometimes happen, but we’re here to help!
